We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation, reference checks, and closing vacancies.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the HR team to optimize recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring activity and effectiveness.
