Key Responsibilities
  • Support the MEL team in developing and implementing monitoring plans, including data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain electronic data collection processes and standards to ensure high-quality data.
  • Clean and process datasets, including trainee and evaluation data.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and verify data sources to ensure data quality.
  • Support the MEL team in analyzing data and producing high-quality reports.
  • Upload, store, and visualize data on the Creative Global Database (MEDAL).
  • Report on indicators through the Mission's performance management information system (DevResults).
  • Update and manage the MEL plan, indicator reference sheets, and data use systems.
  • Conduct internal Data Quality Assessment (DQA) and maintain records.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of research agendas.
  • Support the MEL Director in tracking workplan progress.
