We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator and Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Director and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including drafting reports, letters, contracts, and agreements. Translation between English and Arabic is required.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the Board of Directors, Executive Director, staff, and stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend and record minutes for key meetings, prepare and distribute notifications, correspondence, agendas, and materials.
- Liaison Functions: Oversee liaison functions for Wadi Board and General Assembly members.
- Government Liaison: Act as the Point of Contact with government officials and local authorities on issues related to Wadi.
- Funding Applications: Lead the process of obtaining approval for foreign funding applications.
