Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to boost follower growth, engagement, and brand advocacy.
  • Manage and maintain social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, and others.
  • C1/C2 English proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
