About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Tree Top Staffing LLC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a digital marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets our desired audience.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design and develop visual concepts for promotional activities, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Digital Marketing Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and manage our digital marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Online Presence and Reputation Management: Maintain and enhance our online presence through search engine optimization (SEO), online reputation management, and social media engagement.
  • Social Media Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement a social media content strategy that engages our target audience and drives website traffic and conversions.
  • Digital Marketing Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using data analytics tools and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing Budget Management: Oversee and manage our digital marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources and optimal return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Digital Marketing Automation Software: Experience with digital marketing automation software, such as Marketo or Pardot.
  • Web Publishing: Knowledge of web publishing principles and best practices.
  • SEO Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
