Job Summary

As a Process Associate at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of customer orders. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor and guide associates in meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Management of Shift: Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Management of Associates: Manage the administrative tasks of associates, including job allocation and monitoring of productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Job Allocation to Associates: Assign tasks to associates based on their skills and abilities, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitoring and Mentoring of Associates: Provide guidance and support to associates to help them improve their productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Monitor Status of Counts and Problem Solve Queues: Monitor the status of counts and problem solve queues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for Shift Quality and Associated Action Plans: Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, and implement action plans to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Preparing and Implementing Training and Development Plans for Associates: Develop and implement training and development plans to help associates improve their skills and abilities.
  • Conduct a 4M and 5S Audit for the Respective Work Stations on a Daily Basis: Conduct regular audits to ensure that all work stations are clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Stand-in for Area Manager: Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
