Donor Liaison and Reporting

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating donor reporting, ensuring systems are in place for quality reporting, and working with PMU colleagues and consortium partners to complete reporting requirements within submission deadlines.

  • Coordinate the preparation of donor reports and ensure systems are in place for quality reporting.
  • Respond to donor requests and work with grant holders to provide information as required by donors.
Proposal Development and M&E

The Program Manager will lead proposal development processes, working with the Consortium Director, PMU, and partners to develop and draft concept notes and proposals for new and current donors.

  • Provide oversight for the design of new programs, ensuring alignment with the Consortium Theory of Change and strategy.
  • Support the MEAL team and partners in identifying and undertaking research initiatives to advance learning and strengthen impact.
Leadership and Team Management

The successful candidate will lead the M&E and Program Quality team, supporting with coordination and preparation of information, presentations, and documentation for internal and external representation purposes.
