Job Title

Network Team Leader oversees the network infrastructure and teams to ensure smooth operations, security, and expansion of services.

  • Oversees the design, development, installation, and configuration of networks (VPN/Wi-Fi/WAN/LAN) based on business requirements. Leads project completion within defined timelines while evaluating new solutions and recommending upgrades or expansions.
  • Leads technical teams in network expansion projects, development initiatives, and implementation of new systems ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
  • Manages troubleshooting, network issue resolution with internal teams and external support companies, ensuring service continuity and documenting all issues and solutions properly.
  • Monitors contracts for maintenance equipment, communication lines, and licenses for network systems and devices ensuring full compliance and timely renewals.
  • Supervises backup processes for configurations and data related to network devices ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Documents and updates network architecture regularly and maintains comprehensive documentation.
  • Participates in testing and activation of disaster recovery sites to ensure business continuity.
  • Configures and integrates network lines related to call centers following established procedures and instructions.
  • Ensures PCI DSS standard compliance across network and security devices adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Enforces security policies protecting internal and external networks from breaches and cyberattacks.
  • Perform daily tasks according to approved policies and procedures within granted authorities.
  • Follows up on network monitoring systems ensuring optimal performance and timely updating of tools and devices.
  • Provides technical support training consulting stakeholders resolving their issues efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.
  • At least one certification in areas like Routing & Switching Firewalls Web Application Firewall WAF Wi-Fi Voice Systems.
  • 8 years minimum practical experience in relevant job functions.
  • Proficiency in English both spoken written.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with applied systems.
  • Supervisory managerial skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to motivate work as part of a team.
  • Thorough knowledge of internal external policies procedures that govern the work including their updates.
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong planning organizational abilities.
