Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Generate creative ideas for visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
