Job Overview:

As a Public Relations Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping the company's public image, media presence, and corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities include leading strategic PR campaigns, managing executive communications, and handling crisis communication efforts. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets; proactively pitch stories, secure interviews, and manage press inquiries.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Secure high-impact media coverage in top-tier business, tech, and telecom outlets.
  • Position leadership as industry experts through op-eds, interviews, speeches, and speaking engagements.
  • Craft thought leadership content and ensure alignment between executive messaging and overall PR strategy.
  • Develop and lead crisis communication plans, train spokespersons, and monitor public sentiment to protect the organization's reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of brand equity management: brand valuation, brand protection.
  • Good knowledge of local market: mobile telecommunications industry, consumer behavior and consumer segments.
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English language both speaking and writing.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office).

Others:

Driving License is required for this position. Bachelor's degree in business administration, PR, Marketing, or any other related field is necessary. Intermediate experience (5-8Yrs) in a related field is preferred.
