Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Persona. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Chat and Email Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product and Feedback Monitoring: Monitor customer feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and improve their overall experience.
  • Customer Care: Provide personalized support and care to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Complaints Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features and functionality to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction to ensure high levels of customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Fully Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Skilled in the Use of Apps and Technology: Proficient in the use of various apps and technology platforms.
  • Ability to Commit Long-Term and Full-Time: Commitment to working long-term and full-time with our team.
  • Ability to Work U.S. Business Hours: Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
  • No Work Experience Required: No prior work experience is required, but we will consider any relevant experience you may have.
