About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthodontics Sales Data Analyst to join our team at the Straumann Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance across the Middle East, Africa, and Distributor Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Results: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales volume and improve sales activities, service level, and team collaboration.
  • Generate Key Reports: Create reports and insights that make trends, acceleration potential, and shortfalls visible to sales leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Hub Head, Hub Growth Managers, and local stakeholders to support the execution of local commercial models, report on sales activities, and track KPIs.
  • Activate Inactive Accounts: Identify and report on inactive accounts and providers, working with growth managers and hub leads to co-create solutions and activate providers into active case submissions and approvals.
  • Manage Sales Funnel: Report on account activities through the sales funnel (IANOS) in CRM, use sales dashboard to maintain account visibility, and leverage Zen desk system and complaint system as needed.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Attend and contribute to team and company meetings to stay informed on relevant information, complete required company training, and apply self-learning necessary for this role.
  • Continuously Improve: Work to increase knowledge of orthodontics, market trends, and company processes, and continually develop skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Commercial Excellence Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales, and/or business development, with a proven track record of commercial success in the medical devices field.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Solid presentation skills and language proficiency in English is required.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate key insights, with high degree of VBA Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, QlikView, and Power BI.
