Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Design and develop complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets.
    • Develop and maintain analytical reports using E-Clips, RAMP interface, and Power BI tools.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop reports that meet their needs.
  • Data Quality and Governance
    • Design and implement data validation and quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
    • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  • Business Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of data sources, logic, and definitions used in reports and dashboards.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with IT and Operations departments to enhance the utilization of WMS data and understand data requirements and objectives.
    • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SQL programming and data analysis concepts.
  • Experience with E-Clips, RAMP interface, and Power BI tools.
  • Ability to design and implement data validation and quality control processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
