Category Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Category Leader to drive growth and innovation in our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying input gaps and developing strategies to bridge them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thought Leadership: Identify input gaps in selection, pricing, and convenience for business customers across sizes and industry verticals.
  • Emerging Markets Playbook: Develop a playbook to address emerging markets and drive growth.
  • Prioritization: Demonstrate strong judgment in prioritizing input gaps and building mechanisms to bridge them.
  • Benchmarking: Continuously benchmark AB IN Category efforts with AB WW and A.in B2C teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Category Decisions: Tag team with Customer acquisition and engagement teams to inform category decisions from business customer needs.
  • Product Roadmap: Influence product roadmap for optimal scaling of inputs.
  • Strategic Conversations: Drive strategic brand/seller conversations to scale inputs relevant for business customers.
  • Key Levers: Own key levers of the AB IN P&L to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA from Tier 1 B-School.
  • Experience: At least ten years of experience in Category Management, Sales, or Account management.
  • Skills: High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, experience leading operational and project teams, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work Experience: Experience in consumer product sales/marketing or e-commerce.
  • Influencing C-level Executives: Prior experience influencing C-level executives.
