Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Join our team at Fairmont Amman as a Reservations Supervisor, where you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through efficient and effective reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room reservations, rooming lists, and updates to ensure accuracy and a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Maximize revenue by upselling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities.
  • Liaise with Sales and other departments as required to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with hotel facilities and services, providing informative and helpful guidance.
  • Monitor Reservations calls and liaise with the Reservations Director for inventory management.
  • Process reservations from various channels, including mail, telephone, email, fax, and the Trust System.
  • Stay up-to-date with available room types, their locations, and layouts, as well as hotel facilities and packages.
Requirements:
  • A strong focus on customer service and prior experience in a 5-star hotel in reservations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to understand and speak Arabic.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
