- Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of both FADEL's and clients' businesses, products, and processes.
- Requirements Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate them into functional specifications.
- Business Modeling: Develop, document, and maintain complex business models, interacting with all departments.
- Technical Implementation: Implement new features of the IT system, including technical design, recommendations, and testing.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing efforts with QA and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Client Communication: Work with client personnel to identify required changes, communicate changes requests to the development team, and assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
- Professional Development: Apply supervisor's feedback and suggestions appropriately and accurately, communicate and apply project standards, and consistently deliver high-quality products/services to our clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Explore new ways to increase client/customer satisfaction and participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing.
- Training and Development: Conduct training programs both inside and for clients to implement new business models.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
