The UI/UX Designer creates user-friendly digital interfaces by combining user research, design thinking, and prototyping skills. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and wireframes to conceptualize and design intuitive user experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and functional user interface designs using industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions and ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in visual design or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a relevant position.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other user experience and user interface tools.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
