Job Description

At Deel, we're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Create elegant and well-architected solutions that deliver business value, leveraging Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Apex, LWC, and relevant APIs.
  • Break Down Requirements: Analyze requirements and break them down into manageable work items that can be completed with quality in a consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Ensure Quality: Develop and participate in quality-related tasks such as code review, unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing to ensure defect-free features.
  • Deploy Code and Config: Deploy quality code and config in accordance with our SDLC and DevOps process and best practices.
  • Contribute to Best Practices: Contribute to evolving best practices for frameworks, security, compliance, data model, logic, and more for multiple custom applications.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to translate complex items into clear, concise, and simple terms for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced Salesforce Skills: Have advanced understanding and skills developing applications using Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Flows, Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Design System framework.
  • API Integration: Possess in-depth understanding of available APIs on the platform and the skill to build new and optimize existing integrations to and from Salesforce with other applications.
  • Exceptional Organization: Demonstrate exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, interdependent work environment that leverages Agile principles, process, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Strong Understanding of Automation Tools: Have a strong understanding of software development automation tools to manage CI/CD process through tools like Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub or similar.
