Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Administration: Administer our sales, customer success management, and finance platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS QuickSight, Middleware, and Various Integrated Tools.
  • Process Automation: Streamline operational efficiency by automating processes, and overseeing data management initiatives, including quality control, enrichment, and migration projects.
  • Collaboration and Feedback: Review and provide feedback on the work done by other administrators and developers.
  • Integration and Innovation: Collaborate with the operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to manage and make sure our systems and processes are working correctly. Integrate new technologies and build systems, methods, and processes to drive higher quality in our work and help us be more efficient.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Knowledge: Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SOQL, experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ, working knowledge of Apex, and experience in data migration from one instance of SFDC to another.
  • Business Acumen: Excited about AI, familiar with today's state of technology, and have a view on how to apply it.
