Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Learning and Adaptation Lead to join our team at Social Impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating collaboration among USAID, implementing partners, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • CLA Facilitation: Oversee and facilitate CLA among USAID, implementing partners, beneficiaries, and other key stakeholders during strategic planning and implementation sessions.
  • Staff Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor related staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support CLA efforts.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Support in USAID/Jordan's development and implementation of their CDCS and other Mission-level strategies, including the CLA Agenda and implementation plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key Mission stakeholders, serve as a convener for dialogue and learning around emerging issues, assist in identifying and responding to key learning issues, and coordinate efforts amongst IPs working on common Development Objectives (DOs).
  • Knowledge Sharing: Assist in development and implementation of knowledge sharing practices through facilitation of DO and sectoral pause-and-reflect sessions with USAID, IP, and stakeholders.
  • Communities of Practice: Develop and implement Communities of Practice for the Mission and IPs that outline key learning questions, stakeholders and their roles, and broad stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Develop and deliver tailored training courses for IPs to enhance learning.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collaboration, learning, and adaptation, with experience in facilitating CLA efforts and developing knowledge sharing practices. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
