Product Specialist Role at MATRIX BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at MATRIX BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our hardware and software product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product features, specifications, and capabilities, as well as stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive offerings, and analyze market data to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders regarding our hardware and software products, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and contribute to the design and development process, and provide feedback and insights based on customer and market feedback.
  • Training and Documentation: Create training materials and documentation to educate internal teams, partners, and customers about our hardware and software products, and conduct training sessions to ensure that internal teams are equipped to effectively support and sell our products.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly within the technology industry, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor customer feedback and product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to implement product enhancements and updates based on customer needs and market trends.
