As a key member of the AMICO Group team, you will be responsible for the daily release of customer invoices after conducting thorough credit checks and verifying overdue status. This involves ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

Cash and Bank Management

You will be responsible for daily cash and post-dated checks receipts, depositing them in the bank and recording them in SAP. Additionally, you will reconcile both bank accounts and customer accounts for collections received.

Customer Communication and Collections

Effective communication with clients is crucial, and you will primarily engage with them through personal visits upon specific assignment from your direct manager. Your goal will be to encourage timely settlements, negotiate, and collect overdue balances.

Reporting and Analysis

You will prepare weekly and monthly reports on collections and receivables aging to inform the collection plan, task, and time assignments. This will enable data-driven decision-making and optimize the collection process.
