The overall responsibility for this role is to drive Technology Risk services within GRCS, create visibility within the wider Advisory division and the firm. You will drive and lead business development efforts within the market, leveraging on deep multi-sector technical knowledge and experience. You will be responsible for delivering IT internal audit engagements including, but not limited to, end-to-end support for co-sourced or outsourced IT audits, IT risk assessments, cybersecurity audits, post implementation reviews and IT governance audits.
Key responsibilities
of this role include,
- Coordinate and supervise junior colleagues during the fieldwork of IT Audits and other services.
- Ensure that all IT audit procedures are performed in a timely manner and within the accepted quality criteria.
- Develop audit plans, risk assessments, and audit reports.
- Provide recommendations to clients regarding IT systems, network operations, IT controls, and risk management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Keep up to date with current and emerging IT technologies and their impact on audit processes and procedures.
- Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing, presenting to potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Mentor and train junior staff. Professional qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or related field;
- Technical knowledge of IT technologies, IT systems, network operations, IT controls, and risk management;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Adaptability to changing environments and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
