• Courage Job Purpose: Provides foundational support in IT Service Desk mainly handling service requests. This role focuses on task execution, following defined procedures, and escalating unresolved issues to higher support tiers.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deploy computers and peripherals.
• Assist other ServiceDesk members mainly where physical intervention is needed.
• Perform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Follow documented SOPs to resolve common user issues.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support.
• Ensure timely updates and closure of tickets.
• Deliver courteous and professional customer service. Values Alignment: Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, and commitment to delivering reliable IT services, aligned with the responsibilities of the grade and the functional unit.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Internship or project exposure in IT support is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware/software.
• Relevant professional certification (ITIL Foundation, ITSM tool (BMC Helix, ServiceNow), CompTIA A+ etc.) preferred.
• Experience aligned with grade level and functional unit specialization.
