Ice Cream Maker Four Winters is looking for an Ice Cream Maker to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and produce ice cream according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Handle ingredients and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor ingredients and minimize waste.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in food production, pastry, or a similar role is required.
• A friendly, engaging, and confident personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to understand and perform basic F&B functions, including food and ice cream preparation and waste tracking.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
