• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics and international shipping.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent Arabic language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, with an IELTS score of 6.0 or above, or willingness to complete the company’s English language assessment.
• Proven experience in international commercial shipping and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and correcting shipping and customs documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, customs authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ASYCUDA World is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to respond to urgent operational matters outside regular
working hours
, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate international shipments from origin to final destination.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve documentation or shipment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and ensure proper documentation of all shipments.
