Sales & Inerior Design Specialist

Our product range includes custom kitchens, bedrooms, interior doors, office furniture, and residential furniture. We are looking for a talented and results-driven Sales & Interior Design Specialist who combines strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent interior design capabilities and a solid technical understanding of furniture manufacturing. Job Purpose The successful candidate will manage the customer journey from the initial inquiry and needs assessment through design development, quotation preparation, negotiation, and contract closing. This role requires someone who can turn customer requirements into practical, attractive, and technically feasible designs while building trust, presenting value, and consistently converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
* Manage incoming leads, customer inquiries, showroom visits, calls, and messages professionally.
* Understand customer needs, preferences, budget, space requirements, and project expectations.
* Present suitable products, materials, finishes, accessories, and design solutions.
* Prepare and present professional quotations and explain pricing and specifications clearly.
* Negotiate effectively, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close sales.
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records.
* Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business. Interior Design & Technical Drawings
* Develop customized kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe, and furniture designs based on customer requirements.
* Produce professional 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and realistic renders.
* Prepare accurate technical and execution drawings suitable for manufacturing and installation.
* Understand dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, construction details, and manufacturing limitations.
* Coordinate with the production team to ensure that approved designs are practical, accurate, and ready for execution.
* Revise designs based on customer feedback while maintaining technical feasibility and project profitability. Sales Performance & Coordination
* Meet agreed sales targets and performance indicators.
* Follow up on quotations and pending customer decisions.
* Coordinate with management and production to ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to manufacturing.
* Maintain professional standards in customer communication, documentation, and project handover. Required Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in kitchens, furniture, interior design, or customized wood products.
* Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, supported by measurable results.
* Excellent knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and furniture layouts.
* Practical proficiency in relevant design and engineering software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent tools.
* Ability to prepare and interpret detailed execution drawings and manufacturing specifications.
* Good understanding of furniture construction, hardware, finishes, measurements, and production processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
* Ability to manage multiple customers and projects while meeting deadlines.
* Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
* A portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects and technical drawings is required. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with kitchen and furniture manufacturers.
* Experience managing projects from initial consultation through final contract closing.
* Familiarity with 3D rendering and presentation tools.
* Knowledge of the Jordanian furniture and interior design market.
