Role Description
• The Strategy Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan.
• The consultant will analyze market trends, organizational performance, and financial data to develop practical strategies for clients across diverse industries.
• Daily responsibilities include conducting research and diagnostics, preparing presentations and reports, participating in client meetings and workshops, and supporting the design and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• The role involves collaborating closely with senior team members and client stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations, track project progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of Arcadia’s consulting methodologies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and structured thinking.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills, with experience in strategy development, project delivery, and client advisory.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as financial analysis, budgeting, and understanding of key financial performance indicators.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA) are an advantage.
• Beneficial experience includes prior work in management or strategy consulting, familiarity with digital transformation and technology-driven business models, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Additional beneficial skills include stakeholder management, teamwork, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and strong attention to detail.
