Role Description The Dental Academy Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for promoting EAGLE ACADEMY’s dental programs, engaging with students and dental professionals, and representing the academy at events, workshops, and partner clinics. Day-to-day tasks include providing information about courses, assisting with enrollment inquiries, coordinating outreach activities, and supporting marketing campaigns targeting the dental community. The ambassador will build relationships with universities, dental practices, and professional associations, and gather feedback from participants to help improve programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that all communication reflects the academy’s standards and values. Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to students and dental professionals.
• Experience in customer service, student services, sales, or community outreach, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
• Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate events, visits, and promotional activities efficiently.
• Basic marketing and promotional skills, including familiarity with social media, email outreach, or event marketing.
• Knowledge or interest in dentistry, dental education, or healthcare fields; prior experience in a dental or medical environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, Healthcare, Education, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic and additional languages is a plus.
