Social Media Manager — Lavina (Herbal & Fruit Teas) Full-time
· On-site in Al Muwaqqar, Jordan
· Shoots and meetings in Amman About Lavina Lavina is a Jordanian herbal and fruit tea brand, family-owned and made by Megafood. Our teas are naturally crafted for everyday wellness and enjoyed across Jordan, the GCC and the Levant. We’re a small, close team where everyone owns a lot and helps wherever it counts. The role We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who will also be the face of Lavina. Social media is the heart of the role. You’ll own our content from idea to post and appear in it yourself, presenting our teas, rituals and behind-the-scenes moments on camera. Because we’re a small team, the role is bigger than one channel. You’ll get involved in projects across the business, inside and outside marketing, and work directly with our CEO. What you’ll do — social media
• Plan and publish a weekly content calendar: reels, carousels, statics and stories
• Be on camera as the face of Lavina: present products, rituals, launches and behind-the-scenes
• Shoot and edit short-form video and photos, on your phone and with our videographer
• Write warm, on-brand captions and turn trends into ideas that fit our products
• Manage UGC creators and influencer collaborations
• Track performance and lead a monthly review What you’ll do — beyond social media
• Represent Lavina at events, sampling days, exhibitions and in-store activations
• Create content for our website, online store, newsletters and sales materials
• Help answer customer messages and community questions
• Support product launches, campaigns and day-to-day projects with sales, operations and production
• Take on new tasks as the business grows, wherever the team needs a hand Must have
• 3+ years managing social media for a brand or agency or own account
• A portfolio of live accounts and content you created yourself
• Professional written and spoken English
• Confidence shooting and editing short-form video
• Comfort on camera: you’re happy to be the face of Lavina and represent the brand confidently
• A flexible, hands-on attitude and real interest in tasks beyond marketing
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Al Muwaqqar, with shoots in Amman Great to have
• Experience with food and beverage, FMCG or lifestyle brands
• Strong Arabic copywriting
• Canva or design skills for carousels and statics
• Comfort with Instagram insights, Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
• Experience working with creators and influencers
