Job Description
Summary:
As a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance before they are released to customers or clients.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of concern related to quality.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure quality standards are met from the design phase through to production.
- Create and execute test plans to identify defects and ensure they are resolved.
- Provide feedback to teams on quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a tech-related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
