**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Engineer** to join our team, focusing on the **BENE Wet and Dry Units**. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the Wet and Dry processing units. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the efficiency and productivity of these units.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the BENE Wet and Dry processing units, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and systems to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
3. Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
4. Optimize production processes in the Wet and Dry units to improve efficiency, quality, and output.
5. Troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the Wet and Dry processing units.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies within the Wet and Dry units.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address inter-departmental issues and optimize overall plant performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role within a wet and dry processing unit.
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in operational maintenance and process optimization.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
**Language Requirements:**
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Excellent command of English.
