Chief of Staff

A rapidly growing EdTech company is seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff (CoS) to drive executive operations, streamline strategic execution, and ensure cross-functional alignment. We're looking for a trusted advisor to the CEO—someone who excels in consulting, operations, finance, and strategic execution.

The ideal candidate has a consulting background (Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or experience in high-growth, fast-scaling companies, particularly in EdTech, technology, or consumer-focused industries.

What You'll Own
Act as the right-hand to the CEO, translating strategy into action.
Lead cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment across departments.Build operational dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to track performance.Drive collaboration and eliminate operational bottlenecks.Business Strategy & Organizational Efficiency
Develop and implement scalable frameworks to support rapid growth. Work with Strategy & Transformation teams to execute the long-term vision.Ensure efficient multi-market expansion, particularly in KSA & Iraq.Bridge the gap between the CEO and leadership, ensuring strategic initiatives move forward.Governance, Decision-Making & Special Projects
Oversee leadership meetings, decision governance, and strategic priorities.Drive structured decision-making, accountability, and execution.Manage high-priority special projects, including market expansion and operational transformation.Financial & Performance Oversight
Work with Finance & Operations to analyze financial performance and optimize costs.Partner with the CFO to align financial planning with growth strategies.Oversee business intelligence reporting for data-driven decision-making.Board & Governance Support
Act as the official liaison between the Board and the executive team.Manage board materials, governance documentation, and strategic planning.Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies.What You Bring
Proven and extensive experience in consulting (Big 4, McKinsey, BCG, Bain), operations, finance, or tech leadership.Proven ability to execute strategy, optimize operations, and drive efficiency.Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Experience in high-growth, multi-market expansions (KSA, Iraq, or similar).Ability to influence C-level executives, board members, and key stakeholders.Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred
