Description

Supporting FinTechs relationship management and supporting in achieving the Business Unit financial target.

Responsibilities
  • Direct report to FinTech Enablement Manager, supports in all business & client related matters and continually reviews and streamlines BA processes.
  • Sustains rapport with FinTech accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Handling the client accounts in terms of request processing, new opportunities, and requirements collection. 
  • Liaising with internal teams to deliver added value to clients by means of recurring requirements and capturing new business opportunities. 
  • Responsible along with FinTech Enablement Manager in achieving the FinTech targets in alignment with annual budget. 
  • Supports in all FinTech client's new requests scoping and preparing extensive statement of work.
  • Actively engaging clients to nourish the relationship in terms of calls, meetings and attending events.
  • Preparing business material needed, such as internal reports, presentations, and client reports.
  • Liaising with internal departments to oversee the function tasks and progresses in alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Perform periodic analysis including sales, numbers, budget and all needed information through excellent presentations.
  • Prepare presentations to clients to view products, enhancements and innovations. 
  • Work alongside the product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to create balanced technical solutions.
  • Support development teams by providing clarity and context to requirements.

Ensure requirements meet compliance, risk, information security and fraud management requirements

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any related field.
  • Experience : (5-6) years of experience relationship management.
  • Technical background in payments systems, Card management systems, switches
  • Knowledge in APIs and integrations
  • Knowledge in patterns for connecting financial systems
  • Knowledge about core banking systems and digital channels
  • Knowledge about onboarding systems
  • Languages    : Arabic and English - Fluent 
  • Computer Skills: Excellent
