Optimiza is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of HCM processes to design, implement, and optimize solutions that address our clients' human resources needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM EBS modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Self-Service applications.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements, assess their HR processes, and provide tailored solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform thorough testing of HCM solutions and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to go-live.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve any issues related to HCM applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of the HCM system.
  • Stay updated with Oracle's latest HCM features and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
  • Document processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures for reference and training purposes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS consulting with a strong focus on implementation and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and functionality, particularly Core HR and Payroll.
  • Proven track record in leading Oracle HCM projects and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand complex HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients.
  • Oracle HCM certification is highly desirable.
  • Nationality : Jordanian is a must.
