Job Announcement: (IT Help Desk)

A leading industrial company in Jordan is looking for an "IT Help Desk",

to perform the following tasks:\

Keeping computers and printers up and ready to use.

Keeping CCTV cameras   working.

Keeping attendance devices working without any problems.

Solving end user problem.

Installation and configure of computer hardware operating systems and applications

Maintaining computer systems and networks

Coordinate with our staff or clients through a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues

Replace parts as required

Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

10.   Priorities and manage many open cases at one time

11.   Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers.

12.   Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Qualifications:

· BSc. In CS / MIS / software engineer

· Fresh  - 2 years of experience in IT Support

· Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
