We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the pre-opening team of Crowne Plaza Resort Petra. You will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all outlets.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and develop the culinary team.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and cost control.
Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
