Optimiza is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT Service Management team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and management of the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery and optimize workflow processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and availability.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, and request management processes within ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights into IT services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues, including user access and functionality.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform features, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (e.g., JavaScript) for customizations and automation.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST, SOAP) and third-party integrations..
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
