Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, engaging UX copy for all product touchpoints (interfaces, onboarding flows, notifications, error messages, CTAs, surveys, and more) while ensuring consistency in tone and style.
- Conduct research, user testing, and market benchmarking to understand user behavior and evaluate tone of voice vs competitors.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate copy seamlessly throughout the product journey, from ideation to delivery.
- Analyze user feedback and data (A/B tests, heatmaps, user sessions) to optimize copy and improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain scalable copy templates, bilingual/localized content, and communication guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance.
- Continuously review existing copy and stay updated on UX writing best practices and industry trends to enhance overall user experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of tone, structure, clarity, and attention to detail across all content.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, stakeholders).
- Creative, adaptable, and able to problem-solve through language in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
