QA Specialist, Paid Media

EverConnect, an EverCommerce company, is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist to support our multi-location franchise paid media team. This role will ensure flawless execution across high-volume, complex campaigns by safeguarding accuracy in setup, launches, and ongoing performance tracking across channels.

Our team is distributed globally with major hubs in Cleveland, OH; Amman, Jordan; and Denver, CO. This role will be based at our Khalda office in Amman, Jordan.

What you'll be doing:

§ Perform quality assurance checks across multi-location paid media campaigns (social, search, display) to ensure alignment with approved plans.

§ Cross-check campaign setup, budgets, targeting, creative (images, copy, promos), and audiences against the source of truth.

§ Review campaign launches, optimizations, and budget adjustments for accuracy.

§ Conduct periodic QA audits on live campaigns to proactively identify errors or misalignments.

§ Maintain and enforce QA checklists and process documentation to drive consistency and scalability.

§ Partner with account managers, media buyers, and creative teams to resolve discrepancies quickly.

§ Monitor reporting dashboards to verify campaign metrics are being accurately tracked and attributed.

§ Provide feedback loops to improve campaign setup processes and reduce recurring errors.

Knowledge & Skills:

§ 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or QA preferred. Strong familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms is highly desirable.

§ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage hundreds of campaign variations simultaneously.

§ Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with both U.S. and Jordan-based colleagues.

§ Comfortable with reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and campaign management systems.

§ Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of accuracy and efficiency. Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
