We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our Talent team and play a key role in building our future.

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll own the top of the hiring funnel by sourcing, engaging, and attracting the best talent to fuel our growth. At the same time, you will champion a world-class candidate experience throughout the entire journey, regardless of the outcome. Over time, this position will evolve to own the entire talent pipeline, with a focus on improving recruitment efficiency and attracting top talent.

The Skills You Bring
  • Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Consultant.
  • Experience working on a variety of roles / levels at an international level.
  • Experience creating reports (Excel, ATS)
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics (Personio experience is a bonus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. You demonstrate the ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions.

What Will You Do
  • Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process, from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation. You'll be a key driver of our diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy.
  • Proactive sourcing: Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities).
  • Structured Interviews: Conduct 360 interviews/screenings to ensure a high-quality talent funnel.
  • Reporting and data-driven recruiting:  Use data from our ATS to optimize funnels, and prepare reports for Hiring Teams.
  • Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives timely, clear, and personalized communication in every step.
