An RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath technology, other automaton tools is plus such as Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. The developer will work with the business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, design and develop automation solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and test RPA solutions using automation tools.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Gather and document business requirements and create technical specifications for RPA solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RPA code and configuration files.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging RPA technologies and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for RPA solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in UiPath RPA development.
  • Experience with other automation tools such as Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Knowledge of database technologies and SQL.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
