Technical Admin

Optimiza is looking for a detailed-oriented Technical Admin to join our growing team. This pivotal role will involve the management, configuration, and optimization of our technical systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and support for our internal and external clients. The successful candidate will be proficient in technical administration and have a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's technical systems and platforms to ensure their integrity and optimal functionality.
• Continuously monitor system performance and address any issues to reduce downtime and improve overall functionality.
• Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard internal data and systems.
• Support the deployment and setup of software and applications throughout the organization.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for training and knowledge-sharing purposes.
• Offer technical assistance to users, efficiently resolving hardware and software challenges.
• Collaborate with IT teams to upgrade and enhance the current infrastructure.
• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and suggest enhancements as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in coordinating maintenance, technical support, and incident management.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team coordination role is an advantage.
• Professional certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, CEH, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including firewalls, switching/routing, virtualization, cloud platforms, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize technical tasks under pressure.
