we're looking for a Tech Operations Manager to help our tech teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

• Create and Optimize Processes: Drive continuous improvement across team workflows and operational practices to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and delivery speed.
• Monitor Performance: Track key metrics related to productivity, process health, and product reliability to inform decision-making and improvement efforts.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Act as a connector between technical teams and other departments, ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and knowledge sharing.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing releases, incidents, and other operational routines, ensuring structure and consistency in how the team executes work.
• Maintain Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, ensuring processes, standards, and learnings are well captured and accessible.
• Planning and Coordination: Contribute to planning and coordination efforts that support sustainable growth and scalability of technical operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to strengthen team performance and delivery quality.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or tech-related roles.
• Experience in Software Development is a plus

• Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, empathic, and confident with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptability: you're comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
