We are seeking a creative and versatile Motion Graphics and Live Video Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the production of engaging animated content and manage live video production, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling from concept to live execution. You will collaborate closely with our content and creative teams to deliver impactful multimedia experiences that captivate our audience and elevate our brand.

• Generate creative ideas and plans for videos and video series that align with the overall marketing department's goals and objectives.
• Taking ownership and managing video projects from start to finish, delegating tasks within the team as needed.
• Developing storyboards for planned videos based on project briefs provided by the project manager.
• Conceptualizing and directing live videos according to the project requirements.
• Edit and produce high quality motion graphics and live videos.
• Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to improve the overall quality of the video.
• Adapting and optimizing motion graphics and videos for different screen sizes and resolutions.
• Incorporating AI tools to improve work efficiency while maintaining originality and creativity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually refining skills, and exploring new techniques in motion graphics and video production.
• Analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance video production capabilities.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro, to create high-quality motion graphics and edit video content.
• Operate video production equipment such as Sony mirrorless cameras and gimbals to capture professional footage.
• Manage, organize, and maintain raw video footage to ensure efficient workflow during editing and post-production.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in live video production and motion graphic design.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of motion design principles, animation timing, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with video production tools, including Sony mirrorless cameras and gimbals.
• Ability to handle and organize raw footage.
• Strong ownership and accountability for projects from initial concept and ideation all the way through to final execution and delivery.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with other team members in content creation and brainstorming sessions.
• A creative mindset, consistently bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to all aspects of video production and content development.
