Bank of Jordan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Reengineering & Procedures Officer to join our team. The Process Reengineering & Procedures Officer plays a vital role in analyzing, designing, and enhancing the bank's operational processes to improve efficiency and efficacy. This position involves supporting the development and implementation of standardized procedures, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for process improvement across various departments.
As a key member of the Processes Reengineering team, you will be instrumental in driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that operational practices align with the bank's strategic objectives and compliance requirements. Responsibilities- Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support the development and documentation of standardized procedures and process maps, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand operational challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives leveraging methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Assist in training and onboarding staff on new processes, procedures, and tools to ensure effective adoption.
- Monitor process performance metrics and provide insights for further enhancements.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing process analyses, findings, and recommendations for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, or related roles, preferably within the banking industry.
- Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
