Responsibilities

***This Position will support our AL, NC and TN Facilities***   Join Genesis as a Market President where you will be responsible within a defined territory, to lead, guide and direct the efficient and profitable operation of nursing centers and the delivery of quality care.
*Review monthly financial statements with the Nursing Home Administrators and Senior Vice President to identify variances, concerns, explanations and solutions.
*Recruits, orients and manages Nursing Home Administrators.
*Monitor census and marketing efforts.
*Conduct on-site visits to nursing centers in order to monitor physical plant, attend meetings and review issues concerning financial, personnel and overall operations
*Assess the operating and capital budgets and monitor their compliance with budgets.
Qualifications

*Must possess a four year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Health Administration.

*Nursing Home Administrator licensure is preferred.
