Jordan Arab Bank Full time 20,000 - 30,000 per year

Accountable for:.

Ø  Achieving set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing and developing/building relationships with new commercial Clients .

Ø  Enhancing the marketing process for credit facilities (Up-Selling) and coordinate with other SBU 's (Cross Selling).

Ø  Improving the profitability of Commercial portfolio.

Ø  Ensuring compliance with the set policies & procedures.

Ø  Ensure the implementation of  marketing strategy within the Commercial section

Ø  Identify existing and potential key Commercial Clients and define their needs

Ø  Manage Commercial Clients relationships in a way to achieve set targets.

Ø  maximize the up-selling and cross-selling of other SBU' s products and services

Ø  Identify new products and services to meet Clients requirements and needs.

Ø  Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio's (simultaneous Growth)

Ø  Oversee the state of the clients to ensure their solvency.

Ø  Liaise with segments to provide high quality service levels and ensure adequate turnaround times.

Ø  Collect all required documents to make a credit decision.

Ø  Implementing field visits to commercial clients

Ø  Follow up  clients complaints, and service recovery process.

Ø  Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions

Education:

Undergraduate degree in business from a recognized university.

Experience\:

3 years Corporate experience in a leading international/Regional Bank.

 

Competences:

Ø  Good in English & Arabic

Ø  Thorough understanding of the full range of banking products and services

Ø  Proven ability to develop relationships with commercial companies.

Ø  Proven analytical and modeling skills and thorough understanding of financial statement.

Ø  Excellent understanding of lending practices.

Ø  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills
