Tagaddod is pioneering in the field of waste collection technology. We are looking for talented individuals to help elevate our operations to the next level.

This position combines responsibilities in Engineering and Quality Control. We seek an individual with strong leadership capabilities and a willingness to tackle challenges. This role will be based at our site in Sahab,Amman City.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise all installations and refurbishments at the Sahab,Amman site.
  • Lead daily briefings with warehouse operators and report to the site director on stock levels and issues.
  • Ensure health and safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained in the work environment.
  • Examine and test raw materials and supplies delivered to the site against acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and accurate inventories.
  • Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  • Supervise warehouse operators and external contractors.
  • Coordinate the use of automated and digital systems as needed.
  • Track and report key functional metrics aimed at reducing expenses and improving effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations engineering or a related field.
  • Engineering degree is required, preferably in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and capacity to work on strategic and tactical levels.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
