Optimiza is on the lookout for a dedicated UX Specialist to enhance our user experience design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user behaviors and creating intuitive and engaging experiences across our digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users and deliver outstanding usability and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience designs that guide product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and visual designers to implement user-focused solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.
  • Facilitate usability testing sessions and gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from users to iterate and improve designs.
  • Advocate for the end-user by incorporating user feedback into design revisions and product enhancements.
  • Stay updated on the latest UX trends, best practices, and tools to foster continuous improvement of the UX processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in UX design or another user-centered design role.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and qualitative analysis.
  • Understanding of interaction design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and user insights effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous UX work and problem-solving skills.
